Ok, LIVING is easy- you can't help but be alive, Playing is easy- but being JOYFUL sometimes isn't so easy. A lot of stuff gets thrown at us in this lifetime. The trick is- how you respond to it. You can easily let it bring you down and even crush your spirit, or you can try to see a silver lining in every cloud that comes your way. If you do the latter, I guarantee that you will feel much more joy in your life.
